All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
We proactively notify you of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for custom and duties.
We do occasionally run shipping promotions so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for the latest promotions.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped or is out for delivery, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available for shipping order.Â
