Shipping Order

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased, you may return the item with receipt for a full refund (excludes shipping) within 14 days of the purchase date. Damaged packaging or partially consumed items will not be accepted. Pandan Market does its best to provide you quality products and carefully packaged for shipment. Pandan Market is not liable for for shipment negligence or damages by couriers, however, we will do our best to give you a satisfactory solution through working with the shipping carrier for replacements. 

Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type within 10 business days. Additional shipping charges may incur. Please contact info@pandanmarket.com so that we can help you resolve your issue!
