Where are your products from?
We mainly source Southeast Asian products representing countries such as Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia just to name a few. But we're also open to being inclusive and welcome all products from other parts of the world. Southeast Asian inspired products made in the states or in the OG countries, check. East Asian products, you bet. South Asian products, if it tastes and looks good, then we'll bring it to you. :)

What if there is something wrong with my order?
If there are any problems with your order — e.g. you notice an incorrect charge, you need to make changes to your order, etc. — you can contact us via email at email@example.com or chat with us via the chatbox on the website. Whatever your issue may be, we're here to help you sort it all out.
Where do you ship to?
We are based in Chicago, Illinois, USA and we ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for custom and duties. Please check the shipping eligibility and pricing estimates from your checkout cart page or additional details in the Shipping Policy.
Where is my refund?
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process. If you don’t see a refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us with your order number via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased online, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll try our best to help you out. Shall you require a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and a refund will be issue (excluding shipping fees). Damaged packaging or partially consumed items will not be accepted. Pandan Market does its best to provide you quality products and carefully packaged for shipment.
